Beautiful vintage 14k yellow gold natural diamond horseshoe ring! This pretty ring has a horseshoe-shaped incorporated ring head that is encrusted with natural round diamonds on each side. The tapered shoulders are high polished to a bright shine. Sweet horse-themed vintage diamond ring!
