Awesome vintage circa 1940s era 10k yellow gold hematite intaglio ring! This incredible ring features a oval east west metallic gray natural hematite gemstone, that is etched beautifully with a warrior and features an approx. .007 carat natural diamond accent. There are beautiful brushed bypass style shoulders leading to an unadorned polished shank. A fantastic piece of fine vintage jewelry!

METAL / MATERIAL - 10k yellow gold, natural hematite, natural diamond (approx. 0.007 CT, H color, SI1 clarity)

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of shank is marked "10k" with a makers mark for House of Kraus, an American jewelry manufacturer operating in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from roughly 1943 to 1950. The company specialized in fine rings and mountings that blended bold retro aesthetics with lingering Art Deco style. Ring was sourced in Miami, FL.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. Natural hematite and diamond are secure. Amazing vintage hematite ring!
