Lovely vintage circa 1950s era 10k yellow gold natural gemstone harlequin bracelet! This stylish bracelet is comprised of eleven natural multi colored gemstones arranged in a graduating line of settings in the center of the bracelet. The natural gemstones included are: garnets, one aquamarine, yellow zircons, one blue spinel, and an amethyst feature in the center. The bracelet is fashioned with vintage link chain, a barrel clasp, and a safety chain. A fashionable piece of fine 1950s era jewelry featuring many multi colored natural gemstones!

Historically originating in Venice and popularized during the Georgian and Victorian eras, classic "harlequin" jewelry mirrors the vibrant, chaotic patchwork costumes worn by Arlecchino (Harlequin) in the Italian Commedia dell'arte theater.
