Butterfly wing jewelry's popularity soared in 1924 due to a feature at the British Empire Exhibition by the firm Thomas L. Mott. It remained very popular in England well into the 1930s and subsequently also became a trend in the U.S.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Butterfly wing and painted glass is in overall very nice condition. Silver has been cleaned and lightly polished, with a light vintage tarnish remaining to the setting. Incredible vintage butterfly wing ring!
