MARKINGS / HISTORY - Back of pendant is marked "336 VI 750" for Costa Mario, a historic Italian manufacturer originally registered in April 1962. They specialized in producing high-quality pendants, medals, crosses, and charms. The 750 stand for 18k gold.

CONDITION - Good condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. Amazing vintage medal!
