Sweet antique 14k gold charm from the Edwardian era! This precious dainty pendant was converted from an antique stick pin, and features a bezel set round faceted created blue sapphire stone. The pendant hangs from a gold filled 16 inch chain that was added by us. A beautiful and dainty antique piece, featuring September's birthstone!
