MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of band is marked "14k" with a sideways letter "W", which was a trademark for J.R. Wood & Sons Company. The J.R. Wood & Sons Company was founded by John R. Wood in 1850 in Brooklyn, NY. Their catalog dated 1919, describes the company as, "Diamond cutters, wedding ring makers and manufacturers of fine gold and platinum jewelry."

CONDITION - Very good antique condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished. Amazing antique wedding band!
