Beautiful vintage circa 1960s cameo ring set in 14k yellow gold! This charming piece boasts an oval shaped carved shell cameo of a woman with a flower in her hair. Set in white gold in the cameo is an accent diamond, meant to appear as the woman's pendant on a chain. Cameo habillé is a term used to describe a "dressed cameo." The cameo is surrounded by a rope-like gold halo with rope rings on the shoulders and a grooved shank. Stunning ring with a sweet diamond accent!
