Historical antique circa 1920s Art Deco era sterling silver "R" ring! This fantastic ring features three link motifs with a letter "R" underneath. The shoulders have pretty leaf-like engravings and the face of the ring has a patinaed black background. A collectible piece of fine antique jewelry!

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of ring band is marked "Sterling." The three links appear to signify the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. The Odd Fellows fraternal organization stands for Friendship, Love and Truth along with being considered one of the world's largest and oldest fraternal groups. The "R" is possibly a reference to Daughters of Rebekah. Daughters of Rebekah are a service-oriented organization and a branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. The Rebekah Lodges were founded in 1851.
CONDITION - Good antique condition. Ring has been professionally refurbished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina and wear remain. Amazing antique "R" ring!
