Beautiful antique circa 1900s cameo ring set in 10k yellow gold! This charming piece boasts an elongated oval shaped carved shell cameo of a full female figure carrying two baskets. In classical and Renaissance allegory, a figure standing between or carrying two objects represents a moral crossroads. The cameo is prong set with compass claw prongs, and the ring shoulders are wide, tapered, and polished. Stunning ring with a lovely allegorical female figure cameo!

CONDITION - Fair antique condition. Ring has been professionally cleaned. Shell cameo is secure and in nice shape. Some patina to inside of ring head. Beautiful Art Nouveau era cameo ring!
