Rare antique circa 1900 14k yellow gold Leda & the Swan locket! This incredible piece used to be a pocket watch case with stunning green enamel on one side and an enameld art piece on the other. The piece features a nude woman (Leda, Queen of Sparta) with Zeus in the form of a swan. The case opens up to reveal empty space, ready for your special photos or keepsakes. The piece is modeled on a 15" 10k gold chain added by us. An absolutely beautiful antique enamel piece, depicting a Greek myth!

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of the piece is marked for 14k with a crown marking, a flower marking, and a serial number: 661033.

CONDITION - Good antique condition. Piece has been professionally cleaned. Very minimal age appropriate patina & wear remains. Amazing antique piece!
