Beautiful vintage circa 1940s era 12k gold filled heart locket! This lovely heart shaped pendant features floral engraved designs on the front. The locket is unique in that it opens from pushing side to side, and is shown modeled on an original 12k gold filled 20" chain. A wonderful piece of vintage keepsake jewelry!
