Phenomenal 18k yellow gold turquoise heart necklace from the early 1900s! This large statement pendant features an 18 karat gold bezel that holds a substantial puffed heart-shaped natural turquoise with pretty color and matrix. The pendant is modeled on a gold filled 18" paperclip link chain that was added by us. Beautiful heart-shaped statement pendant, featuring a December birthstone!
