Pretty vintage circa 1940s era 10k yellow gold cameo ring! This classic vintage ring features an oval natural carved shell cameo depicting a woman's side profile in white with a salmon colored background, that is securely bezel set in yellow gold. There are pretty rose and green gold flower details on the shoulders and bezel, and the shank is tapered. A beautiful piece of fine vintage jewelry!
