Adorable vintage 14k gold birthday cake charm! This sweet figural birthday cake charm is round with a "Happy Birthday To You" appearing around the base. The bottom of the charm has a mechanism that can be pushed to make five candles appear on the top of the cake. The pendant hangs from a 16" gold filled chain added by us. A quirky Mid Century era birthday celebration necklace!
