Beautiful vintage circa 1950s era 10k yellow gold created spinel triplet ring! This lovely ring features two violet purple created spinel triplet stones in a toi et moi (you and me) style. The ring has bypass shoulders that pinch with a reverse tapered unadorned shank. A fantastic piece of fine vintage mid century jewelry!

METAL / MATERIAL - 10k yellow gold, 2 created spinel triplet stones (approx. 4.1 mm ea.)

A triplet is a composite gemstone made up of three parts. This man-made method was common of the era because it was less expensive than using an entire natural gemstone. This ring features a triplet made of created spinel and glass on the top and bottom with a layer of green cement in the center.

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of band is marked "10k" with a makers mark.

CONDITION - Fair vintage condition. Ring has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. One stone is chipped - wear with care. Amazing vintage ring!

SIZE / MEASUREMENTS - Size: 6 1/4, Ring Head: 6.68 x 7.60 mm, Rise Of Ring Off Finger: 4.65 mm, Shank: 1.40 mm, Weight: 1.18 grams
