This stunning statement ring features a east-to-west marquise cut light blue aquamarine gemstone that is bezel-set in a beautiful yellow gold filigree setting. The setting is further decorated with sweet engravings and milgrain details. A beautiful Art Deco era ring featuring the March birthstone!
