Incredible vintage 14k yellow and white gold sapphire and diamond butterfly ring! This amazing contemporary ring is in the shape of a butterfly made up of eight natural blue sapphires and five natural diamonds in prong settings. The triple split-style shank is 14k gold and high-polished, with white gold accents on the butterfly and backing. Beautiful contemporary era butterfly ring!
