Gorgeous vintage circa 1940s Mid Century era 14k rose gold natural diamond and created ruby ring! This swirling fan style cocktail ring features approx. .14 carats of natural sparkling round diamonds. There are open metal details mimicking a floral bouquet, that are prong set with six round created ruby gemstones. There are additional swirling crescent moon shapes and milgrain accents. A stunning piece of fine cocktail ring jewelry, from the fabulous 1940s!
