This brooch features a spider with a cabochon cut natural white opal body and a bezel set natural round faceted ruby head. The bar style pin and spider legs are made of 9k yellow gold. A beautiful piece of antique Edwardian era jewelry featuring natural July and October birthstones!

METAL / MATERIAL - 9k yellow, natural round faceted ruby (approx. 0.07 ct), and natural oval cabochon white opal (approx. 1.28 ct).

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Bar of brooch is stamped 'S&FS 9'

CONDITION - Good antique condition. Metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. Opal and ruby are secure, minimal age consistent wear present. Pin catch works as it should. Amazing vintage brooch!
