Unique vintage circa 1990s era English sterling silver stamp book locket! This unique statement locket has raised repousse letter designs that reads "Stamps" diagonally across the front of the book locket. The locket swivels open to reveal a compartment for storing your stamp collection. There is an open oval on the compartment, which acts as a thumb mark for retrieving the stamp papers. The piece is shown modeled on a new sterling silver 18" cable chain. A beautiful piece of vintage keepsake jewelry from the 1990s!

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Book locket is fully hallmarked for an import item through London, England, in the year 1993. There is a "L-I" maker's mark, and 925 for sterling silver. Additionally, the compartment is marked "Sterling".

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Sterling silver metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. Amazing vintage stamp book locket!
