The Great Seal of the United States represents the independent nation and is used on many official government documents. The banner of this emblem contains the Latin text "E pluribus unum" which interprets to “Out of Many One.”

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Gold filled metal has been professionally polished. Amazing vintage locket!
