Beautiful vintage 14k yellow gold sardonyx intaglio ring, circa 1940s! The prong-set octagonal orange and white natural sardonyx gemstone intaglio is carved with a script interlocking monogram that appears to be initials "JB". The ring's cathedral shoulders have handsome vintage designs. Unique piece of fine vintage jewelry, that was once used as a wax seal!

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Piece has been professionally cleaned. The carved intaglio is intact and secure in setting, yet not perfectly symmetrical. Age appropriate patina and wear remains. Amazing carved intaglio ring!
