Beautiful vintage circa 1940s era 10k yellow gold simulated aquamarine ring! This sweet ring features a rectangular cut blue glass stone that is securely prong set. The setting is accented with notched designs on the shoulders. A very pretty circa 1940s era ring, meant to mimic March's birthstone!
