Fabulous modern circa 1980s era 14k yellow gold natural sapphire & diamond ring! This stunning multi-stone ring has 10 natural diamonds and 10 natural blue sapphires that are set in white gold prongs in alternating diagonal rows. Two corners of this gemstone cluster are accented with geometric gold angled designs. Beautiful and unique 80s cluster ring, featuring the September and April birthstones!
