MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of band is marked "10K" with a maker's mark for House of Kraus, Inc., which was a notable American jewelry manufacturer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, best known for producing mid-century men's and women's cocktail rings. Founded in the early 20th century, the company became a prominent manufacturer of fine rings and mountings that blended retro aesthetics with late Art Deco elements.
CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Ring has been professionally cleaned. Created sapphire is securely prong set. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. Amazing vintage created sapphire ring!
