Beautiful antique Art Deco sterling silver silhouette locket! This pretty long oval shaped pendant has a decorative bail and hangs from a brand new sterling silver chain that was added by us. The front of the locket has a classic black enamel female silhouette with billowy done up hair. She is further framed in black enamel and an etched border. The inside of the necklace contains one original bezel, and is ready to hold your special photos. Gorgeous piece of vintage jewelry from the 1920s era!

METAL / MATERIAL - Sterling silver, black enamel

HALLMARKS / HISTORY - Inside of bezel is marked "Sterling" with a partial maker's mark for The A.M. Forman Co., which was a New York City-based jewelry manufacturer operating primarily during the early 20th century, headquartered at 142 Fulton Street.

CONDITION - Good antique condition. Sterling silver metal has been professionally polished and cleaned with some age appropriate patina remaining. Black enamel has minor wear as well. Amazing Art Deco locket necklace!
