How It Works
Step One
See something you love? Claim a piece by sending us a direct message with your full first & last name, email address, and phone number. Please also let us know if you prefer to purchase outright, or via layaway. The first person to send us their contact info gets dibs!
Step Two
Our lovely team members will send you an invoice or layaway plan to the email you've provided. You'll have one hour to pay your invoice or downpayment. We move onto the next interested customer if the invoice is left unpaid– so be sure to be quick!
Step Three
Receive your piece! Items purchased outright will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Items purchased via layaway will be shipped once your payment plan is complete!
FAQs
Can I have a ring resized?
Of course! Many of the rings featured in our IG Story Sales are eligible for resizing. Let us know once you claim a piece what your confirmed size is, and our team will be happy to get a quote to resize for you. Please note that resized or otherwise altered pieces are final sale!
Can I purchase Story Sale pieces on layaway?
Absolutely! We are happy to offer 90 day layaways via Partial.ly. We require a $50 downpayment, and you can set up your own payment schedule. let us know you would like to purchase via layaway once you've claimed an item!
How many pieces can I put on layaway?
We do not currently have a limit on how many pieces can be put on layaway! We are happy to put as many pieces on layaway as you'd like, so long as regular payments on each plan are being made.
Can I use a discount code, store credit, or gift card?
We are not able to accept discount codes, store credit, or gift cards on Story Sale purchases. Story Sale items are already listed at a reduced price, so we are not able to combine discounts or accept alternate methods of payment.
What is your return & exchange policy on Story Sale pieces?
Returns on items purchased outright via Instagram Story Sales are eligible for store credit only.
Any item that has been resized or otherwise altered is final sale and is subject to our Return Policy.
Items purchased via layaway are final sale, no exceptions will be made.
