Collectible antique dated 1892 Victorian era vinaigrette pendant! This rectangular box has classic engraved designs on the front, and the initials ""MC" in the center. The backside displays a pretty flower, and the inside has beautiful pierced designs accented with gold wash. This piece was originally intended to hold a perfumed sponge to allow the wearer to mask any undesirable smells. A rare historical English accessory, that still contains the faint smell of perfume!
