Gorgeous vintage circa 1930s Art Deco era 18k white gold and genuine amethyst ring! This fantastic piece showcases an oval shaped 3.61 carat genuine amethyst gemstone, which is securely set in a bezel. The setting features stunning open metal filigree. ERA - Circa 1930s - Art Deco

METAL / MATERIAL - 18k white gold, oval faceted cut genuine amethyst gemstone (approx. 3.61 CT).

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of ring band is marked '18K', with a maker's mark that looks like three interlocking rings for M.B. Bryant and Company. This business was a ring manufacturing company founded in 1858 in Newark, New Jersey, and ceased operations several years after the son Major A. William Bryant passed away in 1918.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Ring has been professionally cleaned and lightly polished. Filigree and designs have been nicely preserved. Genuine amethyst is secure in bezel setting, and has some light age consistent wear. Amazing antique statement ring!
