METAL / MATERIAL - 14k yellow gold, round faceted created alexandrite stone (approx. 0.57 ct).

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of shank is marked "O-B 14k". Ostby (Co-owner of company) was a first class passenger on the Titanic & was among one of the 1,500 passengers who perished during the tragic iceberg collision. The company was established 1879 in Providence, Rhode Island. At it's time, it was considered one of the leading producers of fine jewelry. The company ceased production in the 1950s. Ostby & Barton jewelry is highly desired by collectors of fine antique jewelry for its beautiful workmanship & historical significance.

CONDITION - Good antique condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Created alexandrite is new, added by our jeweler. Amazing antique color change stone ring!
