Vintage sterling silver mercury dime pendant necklace! This unique pendant was created from a genuine dime, which is commonly referred to as a winged Liberty head dime or mercury dime. The front of the coin depicts Young Lady Liberty, precisely cut out from the coin. The pendant is shown modeled on brand new 18 inch sterling silver chain, that was added by us. METAL / MATERIAL - 900 silver coin, sterling silver chain

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Coin was minted in 1941. Mercury dimes were produced from 1916-1945 by The United States Mint. It is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful U.S. coins ever produced.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Silver has been cleaned and lightly polished. Designs have been nicely preserved with very minor smoothing. Amazing mercury dime pendant!
