Pretty vintage 14k yellow gold ring featuring a sizable genuine aquamarine gemstone! The pale blue gem is emerald cut and weighs over 5 carats. On each side of the gem is a created ruby stone set in the shoulders of the setting. The setting has a unique decorative tapered band. Beautiful retro piece of fine jewelry showcasing March's birthstone color, circa 1940s!
