Sweet vintage circa 1960s era Retro sterling silver and enamel brooch! This Retro brooch is in the shape of a petite butterfly. The piece has nicely preserved details on its body, and the wings of the insect are a translucent pale yellow color. The lovely piece of jewelry is signed Vohlmer Gahner jewelry, from the 60s!

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Back side is marked "VB Sterling Denmark" for Volmer Bahner. Volmer Bahner was Denmark's best known specialist enamel company, and was registered from 1962 to 1988.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Sterling silver metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & wear remains. Enamel is intact and in good condition with light age consistent surface wear. Amazing vintage butterfly brooch!
