Stunning vintage 10k yellow gold ring featuring a created color change sapphire weighing an estimated 6.35 carats. The created sapphire displays a color change phenomenon, subtly shifting from a blue in natural daylight, to purplish pink in artificial light. The large created sapphire is rectangular cut and is securely set. There are decorative accents on either of the ring's shoulders, including open metal designs. Unique piece of fine retro jewelry circa 1940s, with an intriguing optical effect!

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Created sapphire is secure in setting and is in nice shape. The designs have been preserved. Piece has been lightly polished and cleaned, with some tarnish remaining. Dazzling retro ring, which is even lovelier in person.
