MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of band is marked "14k" with a sideways "W" for J.R. Wood & Sons Company. The J.R. Wood & Sons Company was founded by John R. Wood in 1850 in Brooklyn, NY. Their catalog dated 1919, describes the company as, "Diamond cutters, wedding ring makers and manufacturers of fine gold and platinum jewelry."
CONDITION - Good antique condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Age appropriate patina & surface wear remains. Amazing antique wedding band!
