Gorgeous antique Edwardian era garnet doublet and diamond ring! This lovely antique piece features two diamonds and three red garnet glass doublets alternating in a row. The edges and shoulders have pretty details and the shank is unadorned. Incredible piece of fine English jewelry, beautifully preserved!

METAL / MATERIAL - 15k yellow gold, 2 diamonds (approx .02 CTW), 3 garnet glass doublets. A doublet is a composite gemstone made up of two parts, often a less expensive material such as glass and another stone (often a gemstone). This man-made method was common of the era because it was less expensive than using an entire natural gemstone.
MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of the ring band contains English Hallmarks for 15k gold
CONDITION - Good antique condition. Ring has been refurbished, polished, and cleaned by our jeweler. Gemstones are all intact with age appropriate wear. Hallmarks have been well preserved. Amazing antique ring band!
