Lovely vintage 14k and 18k gold genuine diamond ring! This pretty piece showcases a center round transitional cut diamond ring in a white gold illusion style ring head and is flanked by a total of four round single cut diamonds. The yellow gold gallery has some open metal designs and the shank is unadorned. The inside of the shank is engraved "From D.W. to M.M. 2-10-63." Beautiful two tone engagement ring from the Retro era!
