Incredible vintage 14k gold sapphire and diamond ballerina halo ring! This amazing engagement ring features a natural oval blue sapphire that is prong set amidst a halo of stunning natural diamonds. The diamonds are a mix of round brilliant and baguette cuts, resembling a ballerina's tutu. The shank is split at the shoulders and high polished. A stunning 1990s era engagement ring!
