This jaw dropping lavalier features a genuine carved rock crystal quartz gemstone, set with a genuine diamond in the center. The piece is further adorned with filigree panels, rose gold flowers and yellow gold leaves. The pendant is attached to its original 16" chain. A phenomenal piece of fine vintage jewelry!
