MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of shank is marked "14K" with a letter C maker's mark

CONDITION - Very good vintage condition. White gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Created star sapphire and diamond are secure. Little to no smoothing of designs or thinning of shank. Amazing vintage created star sapphire ring!
