This large antique pendant is oval and gold filled, featuring a natural old mine cut approx. .07 carat diamond in the center with unique starburst engraved designs. The inside of the locket has black velvet backings, and the piece is shown modeled on an antique 12k gold filled 18" chain. A timeless antique necklace that features April's birthstone!
