Book A Virtual Appointment

Maejean Vintage is now offering virtual appointments by request for our global customers who can’t make it in person and want to talk to a stylist for more information about 5 specific items.

Virtual appointments are being held through Google Meet, and typically on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons EST, with some flexibility based on customer needs. Our stylist will have a tray of up to 5 specific items pulled based on the information and needs given to us at the time of booking. Virtual appointments are meant to be an opportunity to inquire with more detailed questions about a specific item. These virtual appointments are aimed at providing clarity and reassurance for your online fine jewelry purchase. 

We ask that all clients booking either provide links or images of pieces that they would like our stylist to have prepared in advance OR our stylist will select pieces within the client’s budget and specified interests. We aim to provide a tailored shopping experience to each of our clients, but we do not prepare curated showcases for virtual appointments.

The inventory available for viewing during an appointment is the same inventory listed on our website. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the types of jewelry and pricing that we advertise on our website in order to know what to expect during an appointment. This is an important part of our virtual appointment service, since we have limited time together (virtual appointments are 30 mins long).

Please also keep in mind that due to the majority of our inventory being vintage and one-of-a-kind, we may not have the exact pieces that you’ve requested to see by the time we host you. Your selections will be curated with your inspiration pieces in mind!

We are happy to accommodate any budget, however we do recommend a starting budget of at least $1,000 per person or piece in order to make the most out of your experience with us. At this time, we are not open for casual browsing.

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment we ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment immediately as a courtesy to other customers trying to book with us. We allow a 10 minute window in case you are running late. After 10 minutes you will need to reschedule.
