Beautiful vintage circa 1940s era 10k yellow gold heart locket! This lovely heart shaped pendant features classic pinstripe designs, with two smaller blank hearts and swirling floral motifs. The inside of the locket has original bezels, and the locket is shown modeled on a brand new 14k gold filled 18" chain. A wonderful piece of fine keepsake jewelry!

MARKINGS / HISTORY - Inside of the locket is marked "10K ESEMCO." The Esemco company was established in 1906 in Newark, New Jersey and changed their name to Shiman Manufacturing Co. in 1971. Chain clasp is marked for gold fill.

CONDITION - Good vintage condition. Yellow gold metal has been professionally polished & cleaned. Minimal age appropriate patina & wear remains. Locket closes securely. Amazing vintage heart locket!
